On-the-Job Training

The on-the-job training support aims to support the salaries of Emirate Nationals wishing to get involved in practical training programs in the private sector through Nafis.

Emir atis entering a new on-the-job training position in the private sector after 13 September 2021, and who are under a graduate trainee permit, can benefit from a monthly salary linked to their educational level.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• First, meet the general conditions for UAE Nationals to benefit from Nafis as stated in the website FAQs

• Emirates hired for an on-the-job training program through the platform and under a graduate trainee permit, starting after 13 September 2021

• Hold at minimum a high school degree

• Unemployed Emirate user

• Graduation date is not required

• Private sector only (jobs posted must be private sector)

• Must provide a trainee job offer

• Should be hired

• Payment starts from the day the work permit starts

Monthly Salary by Educational Level:

• Bachelor and above: 8,000 AED

• Diploma: 6,500 AED

• High School: 4,000 AED
