What is the registration process for the Nafis platform?
Select "Login as a Citizen" using your UAE Pass digital identity. If you lose access to your account, you can recover it via the UAE Pass website: https://uaepass.ae/
How can I correct my personal information if it's incorrect?
After verifying your Emirates ID through the UAE Pass app, you can directly update your personal information within the app, and it will automatically be reflected on the Nafis platform. If you face any issues, you can contact the UAE Pass Customer Support Center. You can also update your profile anytime through the "My Account" page on the platform.
Will I have to pay any fees to register on the platform?
Registration on the Nafis platform is completely free. The platform is designed to provide a supportive environment to help you easily access job opportunities.
Which sectors are eligible for financial support?
Financial support is available to all Emirati citizens working in the private sector and free zones, including banking, insurance, hospitality, and part-time employment.
Why am I receiving a notification that I’m not eligible for some programs on "Benefits" page?
Each initiative has its own eligibility criteria, conditions, and requirements. If your registered data does not meet these requirements, a "Not Eligible" notice will appear. When you're not eligible for a specific initiative, a checklist will also be provided to show which criteria you have met and which you haven't.
