IBAN Payments – FAQ (Simplified)

  1. Are there any fees or delays?
    No, there are no fees or delays due to bank processes.

  2. What if payment doesn’t reflect?
    If your bank details are correct, payments won’t bounce. Otherwise, contact the Nafis Call Center — the payment will be reprocessed next month.

  3. How to update bank details?
    Update your IBAN before the 15th to apply in the same month; changes after that take effect the following month.

  4. Can I keep my card after updating IBAN?
    Yes, you can keep your card and still update your IBAN.

  5. How to cancel a card or manage funds?
    You can transfer or withdraw funds anytime. For cancellation, contact your bank directly.
