Pension rebate :
The pension rebate program covers 12.5% for GPSSA to 15% AD Pension (depending on the Emirate) of the contribution that a private company pays to the pension fund associations in the UAE for Emirati employees, if all requirements are met by the company.
Reduction of rebate over the years:
- Second year: -2%
- Third year: -4%
- Fourth year: -5%
- Fifth year: -6%
