Nafis provides registered companies with a range of services that support the employment of UAE nationals in the private sector and facilitate access to qualified Emirati talent. This section includes key information about Nafis services and procedures, helping companies make the most of the available services with ease.
Post jobs
- Click on Main Menu and choose Manage Jobs
- Fill in all job details and click Submit
- Approval for the job post takes 2–3 weeks
Posting Training Programs
- Click on Main Menu and choose Manage On-the-Job Training Program
- Fill in all training details and submit
- Approval for training programs takes 2–3 weeks
Partner Registration
- PRIVATE Company Registration Method
- Login as a partner.
- Select Company Type: Private.
- Select Business Type: Mainland.
- Click on Next.
- Enter a valid MoHRE Company Code and click on Verify.
- Company details will get loaded; some extra details will need to be filled in by the partner.
- Click on Submit and the partner will get registered as Private - Mainland.
Note: Only users registered with MoHRE employment registration as PRO, Owner, or Authorized Person against the MoHRE Company Code can register Private-Mainland companies on Nafis.
- Freezone Company Registration Method
- Login as a partner.
- Select Company Type: Private.
- Select Business Type: Freezone.
- Click on Next.
- Enter the valid Trade License Number and click on Verify.
- Fill in all required details.
- Click on Submit and the partner will get registered as Private - Freezone.
Change main representative
Account Manager of the company can change the Main representative or the old representative
Change Company Details
- The partner will be able to change the company details (Company name, Main Representative, Upload New Trade License).
- As for the Main representative, if the partner's previous main representative has left the company, then the Owner, Executive Manager, or PRO (Public Relations Officer) can have access to the company profile, and become the new main representative
