1. How many job openings can our company post annually?
There are no minimum or maximum limits for job postings.

2. What if a candidate doesn’t show up for an interview, and what are the next steps after selection?
If a candidate does not show up, you can change their status by selecting one of the options: mark as Reject and add the reason or  'Reschedule'. You can also write your feedback for each candidate.

3. Is participation with Nafis voluntary or mandatory?
Participation is encouraged but creating a company account on the Nafis platform is not mandatory , and there is no fees Registration on Nafis. 

4. Are recruitment targets based on Tawteen Partner Club members or actual headcount?
Based on actual employees.

5. Which companies can post Apprenticeship opportunities?
Private & semi-public and  on-the-job training for private sector only.

6. What training permit is required?
Ministry-issued permit; benefits apply after validation.

7. Who can post Talent Program certificate courses?
Only Talent Program Partners; others can join via Nafis.

8. Who can post programs under the National Healthcare ?
Only National Healthcare Program Partners; accredited institutions can join via Nafis.
