How can I get my UAE Pass?
Please download the UAE Pass mobile application and create an account. Afterwards, you will need to authenticate your Emirates ID and verify your information.
How can I correct my personal information?
After the authentication of your Emirates ID, you will have the option to modify your personal information on the UAE Pass mobile application, and it will be automatically reflected on the Nafis platform. If you face any challenges in updating your personal information, you may contact the Customer Service Center of the UAE Pass.
Am I required to pay any fees to participate?
No. Nafis aims to offer an encouraging environment that enables you to access available job opportunities without any charges or fees.
I am an Emirate employed in a company based in an Emirates free zone. Can I still benefit from Nafis initiatives?
Employees of free zone companies can register in the Nafis platform under the same conditions as other users, and can apply for the same benefits. However, the user profile of free zone employees needs to be verified and approved by a Nafis administrator before any application can be submitted.
Does the decree cover part time employees?
Yes, the decree accounts for part time employees.
Why do I get a notification that I am ineligible for some of the initiatives on the “My Benefits” page?
Each initiative has eligibility criteria, eligibility conditions and requirements, and in the event that the registrant's data does not match these conditions and requirements, a note "Not eligible" will appear. When you're not eligible for an initiative, you'll also be shown a checklist showing you what criteria you met but didn't meet.
How can I claim the benefits of the Emirati salary support scheme?
You can submit a request to obtain this support through NAFIS platform after verifying your data and meeting the conditions required to obtain the benefits of the government support program for salary support, which include a valid employment contract in private sector establishments or other targeted sectors, provided that the employee does not own shares at the establishment where he is training or working. If the conditions are met, Benefits will be then transferred to the prepaid card you created on the platform, enabling you to receive a salary top-up at the end of each month. Will the Emirati salary support scheme be only for new joiners or also for current private sector employees?
The Emirati salary support scheme applies to all Emirati employees who is working in the private sector and free zone and banking, financial and insurance sector after requests are submitted via the platform and upon receiving the confirmation of the eligibility.
How can I claim the benefits of the child allowance scheme?
You may request the benefit through the platform after confirming your eligibility for the child allowance scheme. Benefits will then be transferred to the prepaid card that you created on the platform, enabling you to receive the child allowance monthly based on the number of children and your current monthly salary. Will the allowance cover all my children, even if I have more than four?
The child allowance applies to a maximum of four children.
Is it possible to claim the child allowance if one spouse works in the public sector while the other works in the private sector?
In all cases, the child allowance benefit is only provided to only one member of a married couple. Additionally, it is required that the applicant be a private sector employee. Therefore, in this case, only the spouse working in the private sector can claim the child allowance, provided they fulfil the other eligibility criteria of the benefit.

I have lost my job in the private sector how can I apply for the Unemployment Benefit program?
An Emirate who has lost their job in the private sector (for a reason beyond their control) is entitled to apply for financial support through https://nafis.gov.ae.
The financial support will be disbursed for a period of 12 months within 5 years, provided that the benefit period does not exceed 6 consecutive months during those 5 years.
Requirements and conditions:
Having the legal eligibility to work
You’re not a student or registered in one of the accredited educational institutions in the UAE
Your age should not be less than 18 or more than 60 years
You have completed the UAE National Service or are completely exempted
You do not have an income that exceeds the financial support
Registered on Nafis and Emiratisation-related authorities
Not a beneficiary of any financial social assistance program (you or your spouse or children from any federal or local authority
