PRIVATE Company Registration Method

Login as a partner.
-
Select Company Type: Private.

Select Business Type: Mainland.

Click on Next.

Enter a valid MoHRE Company Code and click on Verify.

Company details will get loaded; some extra details will need to be filled in by the partner.

Click on Submit and the partner will get registered as Private - Mainland.
Note: Only users registered with MoHRE employment registration as PRO, Owner, or Authorized Person against the MoHRE Company Code can register Private-Mainland companies on Nafis.
Freezone Company Registration Method

Login as a partner.
-
Select Company Type: Private.

Select Business Type: Freezone.
-
Click on Next.
-
Enter the valid Trade License Number and click on Verify.

Fill in all required details.

Click on Submit and the partner will get registered as Private - Freezone.

Change main representative
Account Manger of the company can change the Main representative or the old representative

Change Company Details
partner will be able to change the company details (Company name, Main Representative, Upload New Trade License) As for the Main representative, if the partner's previous main representative has left the company. Please note that the Owner, Executive Manager, or PRO (Public Relations Officer) in one of these positions can have access to the company profile, and become the new main representative
