The Talent Program aims to support Emiratis wishing to up-skill (improving their skills) or re-skill (learning new skills in order to do a different job)

Eligibility Criteria

Emirati Nationals
Currently employed in the private sector/financial sector or a job seeker
Satisfying the specific minimum requirements of the certificate programs
Currently not enrolled in National Healthcare program through NAFIS
Currently not enrolled in or have pending applications for Work Experience Program through NAFIS
